Meet the expert staff behind Pioneer Title Company.
Brian Fair is our owner, guiding the company vision, managing special projects, and compiling local stats. He honed his attention to detail during his 20 years as a CPA and 15 years as a debt purchaser and collector. With a knack for understanding and leveraging data to make informed decisions, he is able to help agents increase business and target specific markets.
When not crunching numbers, you can find Brian on the golf course, supporting his wife Sasha’s thriving art career, or enjoying his newest role- rescuing abandoned animals. Given his extreme attention to detail, Brian understands that even the small things matter. He recognizes that it’s a privilege to be in a position to care and speak for the “least of these.”
Yaneli began her escrow career in 2020 and quickly realized a passion for helping first-time homebuyers through the transaction. She understands that the process can be confusing and enjoys walking clients through the process and maintaining close contact through to completion. Yaneli was raised in Manson and recently moved to the Entiat Valley and has studied at the University of Washington and Eastern Washington University. Currently, she is studying Marketing at Western Governors University.
Yaneli is bilingual and enjoys providing photography and cinematography services to friends and family.
Carol has an extensive background in the industry, having spent 10 years in real estate and brings an additional 15 years of experience in title and escrow to the company. This background has enhanced her natural attention to detail and allows her to ensure that every transaction is accurate and timely.
Carol enjoys meeting new people and the interaction with clients and team members and thrives when ensuring that clients are comfortable. She is often the first person that clients meet, and always makes a fantastic first impression.
A native of Ephrata, Carol moved to the Wenatchee Valley in 1991 and spends her free time gardening and camping with her family and two dogs. She is a lover of Hawaiian culture and tries to visit once each year.
As a Title Officer, Tyler Robinson loves examining title reports to learn the history of each property that crosses his busy desk. And, having worked as a bartender for 12 years, Tyler is a pro at keeping track of details and loves working with diverse personalities.
A Wenatchee native, Tyler enjoys spending time with his son, playing golf and Kokanee fishing with his family.
