Meet the expert staff behind Pioneer Title Company.

Brian Fair
OWNER

Brian Fair is our owner, guiding the company vision, managing special projects, and compiling local stats. He honed his attention to detail during his 20 years as a CPA and 15 years as a debt purchaser and collector. With a knack for understanding and leveraging data to make informed decisions, he is able to help agents increase business and target specific markets.

When not crunching numbers, you can find Brian on the golf course, supporting his wife Sasha’s thriving art career, or enjoying his newest role- rescuing abandoned animals. Given his extreme attention to detail, Brian understands that even the small things matter. He recognizes that it’s a privilege to be in a position to care and speak for the “least of these.”

Courtney Mitchell
VP Of Operations
Escrow Officer, LPO

Courtney entered the industry while still in high school by supporting her mother’s real estate business. Years later she transitioned to a career in title and escrow and has become one of the Valley’s most trusted escrow officers. She enjoys the unique challenges of each transaction and finding creative solutions to meet the individual needs of clients.

Raised in Entiat, she is a graduate of Entiat High School and continues to live there with her family. When she does step away from the office, you can find Courtney spending time outdoors with her family and supporting her kids’ sports and activities.

Teddie SHales
ESCROW OFFICER
A 21-year industry veteran, Teddie Shales has built a strong reputation thanks to her friendly personality and obvious love of people. As an Escrow Officer, her favorite part of her job is witnessing her clients’ excitement at signings, knowing that they are taking a big step toward realizing a dream.

While the Wenatchee Valley has been home for well over 20 years, Teddie spent 4 years living in the Middle East, where she taught preschool in Abu Dhabi.
Tyler Robinson

As a Title Officer, Tyler Robinson loves examining title reports to learn the history of each property that crosses his busy desk. And, having worked as a bartender for 12 years, Tyler is a pro at keeping track of details and loves working with diverse personalities.

A Wenatchee native, Tyler enjoys spending time with his son, playing golf and Kokanee fishing with his family.

Susie Ramaker
Title & Escrow Specialist

Susie joins us with over 23 years of experience as an Escrow Manager in Hawai’i and 4 years in Escrow in Washington, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

Beyond her professional achievements, Susie is deeply rooted in family and community, proud mother to two daughters spread across the scenic landscapes of Hawai’i and Washington. Her ties to the Wenatchee Valley reflect a legacy of connection and belonging, tracing back to a founding family.

Outside the office, Susie finds solace in outdoor adventures like traveling, hiking, and camping. A passionate reader, she immerses herself in captivating books and enjoys live music and fine wines, seeking inspiration in every melody and sip. As a dedicated student of Hawaiian culture and member of Hula Halau Malamalama O Ka Mahina, she finds joy through frequent trips to Hawai’i and spending time with loved ones. Susie believes in sharing the spirit of Aloha, which extends to our clients here at Pioneer Title Company. She is also a diehard Seahawks fan, who’s ready to cheer with pride, hope and unwavering loyalty no matter the outcome. 

Yaneli Perez
Escrow Assistant/Marketing

Yaneli began her escrow career in 2021 and quickly realized a passion for helping first-time homebuyers through the transaction. She understands that the process can be confusing and enjoys walking clients through the process and maintaining close contact through to completion. Yaneli was raised in Manson and recently moved to the Entiat Valley. She is currently studying Marketing at Western Governors University.

Being bilingual enhances Yaneli’s ability to connect with a diverse range of clients, fostering trust and understanding throughout the escrow process. Outside of work and studies, she channels her creativity into providing photography and cinematography services for friends and family. She cherishes moments spent on the lake with loved ones and loves the tranquil seasons of fall and spring. Yaneli’s love for music, reading, and her role as an aunt add richness and joy to her life beyond the professional.

Mistie Mclaughlin
Escrow Assistant

Mistie comes with a robust background spanning 15 years in banking and lending, she brings a wealth of knowledge and an impeccable customer service record that speaks volumes of her dedication and skill. Her roots in Lake Chelan, where she spent her youth running barefoot through her grandparents’ orchards and helping out at her parents’ restaurant, have ingrained in her a strong sense of community and work ethic that she brings to every transaction.

As a mother to three active boys, Mistie is deeply involved in their sports and various extracurricular activities, often running from work to games and back, always with a smile and the energy that seems to draw everyone in.

A true coffee aficionado, Mistie starts her day with a cup of her favorite brew, often pondering over the mysteries of the ocean, another of her passions. Her love for learning and immense curiosity complements her role perfectly, as she constantly seeks to understand the “why” behind each process.

Carol Offill
Customer Relations Manager

Carol has an extensive background in the industry, having spent 10 years in real estate and brings an additional 15 years of experience in title and escrow to the company. This background has enhanced her natural attention to detail and allows her to ensure that every transaction is accurate and timely.

Carol enjoys meeting new people and the interaction with clients and team members and thrives when ensuring that clients are comfortable. She is often the first person that clients meet, and always makes a fantastic first impression.

A native of Ephrata, Carol moved to the Wenatchee Valley in 1991 and spends her free time gardening and camping with her family and two dogs. She is a lover of Hawaiian culture and tries to visit once each year.

Rhonda yarnell

Rhonda Yarnell has been with Pioneer Title Company for over 25 years. She started as a “poster,” which had her recording paperwork at the courthouse and entering documents in the company’s title books. Nearly 3 decades later, research on various properties is still the favorite part of her work as a Title Officer.

A native of Oroville, Rhonda moved to Wenatchee in 1988 and enjoys spending as much time as possible with her grandkids.

Carma figueroa
Title Examiner

Carma Figueroa has a warm personality, which is a perfect complement to this busy environment. Carma has worked for Brian for 15 years and managed thousands of lawsuits in collection litigation. Brian relies on her to humbly fill any role that has an immediate need and she tackles special projects as they arise.

Having served two missions to Guatemala, Carma has a knack for cooking a variety of delicious Spanish dishes.

Brandi Hoffman
Title Examiner

Brandi Hoffman seamlessly transitioned into the world of title with a solid foundation in customer service and a background in escrow. As a Title Examiner, she excels at navigating the complexities of property transactions, driven by her keen eye for detail. Her passion for title work mirrors her enjoyment of solving puzzles, meticulously piecing together each property.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Brandi is an accomplished artist who continually explores new creative avenues, fostering innovative solutions in her work. She also delights in cooking for loved ones, blending her culinary creativity with a talent for bringing people together through food.

Rachel brunner
accountant

Rachel Brunner brings her three decades of business experience to the company, ensuring that the work behind the scenes keeps pace with front office closings. Her extreme attention to detail keeps the finances of the firm flowing in the right direction at all times.

Originally from Pendelton, Rachel moved to the Wenatchee Valley in the early 80s, and has enjoyed tending her flower gardens and sewing costumes for various high school stage productions ever since.
